Delicious Mac & Cheese

You already know I’m a little bit obsessed with the Pioneer Woman’s recipes since I discovered her Pico de Gallo and Tequila Lime Chicken recipes. But a little while back I made her Macaroni and Cheese and fell in love. I made it again today and couldn’t believe I hadn’t already told you about it.

Her pictures and explanations are way better than mine could ever be, so just hop on over to her website to follow the recipe.

My only additional recommendations are:
1. Read the blog post of the recipe first since it explains the steps a little more thoroughly than the printout.
2. Add extra ground mustard. The recipe calls for 2 tbsp but I’ve used 5 tbsp and everything turned out deliciously. It adds just a little extra “je ne sais quoi”.  
3. Use Tony Chachare’s in place of the seasoned salt.
